Ekiti seeks collaboration on tax
The Ekiti state signage and advertisement agency have said it is deviating from the norm of using force to enforce payment of signage rates in the state.
The agency said it will raise a public awareness campaign to educate residents of the state on the importance of paying signage rates.
This was disclosed to journalists during by the director general of the agency Olasunkanmi Omobepade during an inspection tour of Ado Ekiti, the State capital.
Omobepade said the administration of Kayode Fayemi is working hard for the infrastructural development of the state and create enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
He urged residents to collaborate with government through payment of signage dues to drive development in the state.
