The Ondo state command of the Nigerian police has arraigned in court one Olagunju Adesola for allegedly killing an officer of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

Adesola was said to have killed the officer in Akure, the state capital.

The accused person is being charged for reckless driving along Ilesa/ Akure expressway which claimed a live of an officer of FRSC who was on duty in front of federal university of technology,FUTA north gate.

Olagunju Adesola is facing a count charge of an offense contrary to section 18(5) and punishable under section 81(1) cap III volume6 of Ondo state of Nigeria 2006.

The spokesman of the Ondo state police command, Femi Joseph also used the fora to advise road users saying the law will not look away from whoever takes the live of another person.

However, the accused person was granted bail with a bond of 1 million naira and the case was adjourned till first of February 20018.
