Sowore's Bail Hearing Delayed
Omoyele Sowore's Bail application has now been fixed for 2pm Tuesday at an Abuja Magistrate Court as Prosecution, James Idachaba claims he was served with the bail application by 10.43am same day and needs time to respond.
Chief Magistrate Mabel Segun-Bello after listening to the argument of the prosecution stepped down the case for two hours to enable him go through the application.
Sowore and four others were arraigned on Monday fourth of January on a three count charge of criminal conspiracy, unlawful assembly and inciting public disturbance for holding a protest on New Year Eve.
