I will be more friendly in my second tenure- Fayemi
Ekiti state Governor-elect, Kayode Fayemi says he will be more friendly in his second tenure.
The governor made this assurance while reacting to an allegation of lack of being media-friendly, levelled against his first tenure as the Ekiti governor.
Addressing journalists after a meeting with the secretary to the government of the federation in Abuja, Monday, the governor-elect said his second coming will be media based to enable him to publicise his achievement.
He said not many people knew about his achievements during his first tenure due to lack of media hype.
Doctor Fayemi also disclosed plans to make education affordable in the state.
On workers’ salaries, the pending Governor criticised the current PDP-led government for owing a whopping six months workers salaries saying his administration will make a difference.
It would be recalled that Kayode Fayemi had defeated professor Kolapo Olusola Eleka in the just concluded gubernatorial election in Ekiti.
