Ruling on Supreme Court's Judgement on Imo: Oshiomole Seeks Electoral Act Review
Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress Adams Oshiomhole says the party will be making submissions to the National Assembly for amendments of the electoral act that allows courts to impose on people, the candidates believed to have been rejected.
Oshiomhole was speaking while reacting to the supreme court ruling on the review of its judgement on the Imo governorship election.
The party chairman who described the final outcome as refreshing however said the ruling was no surprise following a similar ruling made on the call to review the judgement on the Bayelsa polls.
Oshiomhole said the ruling demonstrates that the judgement of the supreme court remains final.
