Ebuehi delighted, thumbs up Yusuf for Super Eagles invitation
Meanwhile, Tyronne Ebuehi has thumped up the Nigeria assistant coach, Salisu Yusuf, for his role in making his national team a dream come true.
In a video chat with AD Den Haag media site, Ebuehi showered encomium on the former Kano Pillars gaffer for his fatherly figure, adding that his encouraging words kept him going and gave him the much needed belief that playing for Nigeria will further lift his career.
Ebuehi who expressed delight and relief over his invitation for this month’s international friendly games against Bukina Faso and Senegal in London, revealed that he was in close contact with Salisu Yusuf at a time he needed to choose between Holland and Nigeria
Ebuehi signed his first professional contract in 2014, after which he made his league debut for ADO Den Haag. In the previous years, Ebuehi went through the Dutch youth system where he featured for the likes of DSOV, SV Hoofddorp, Young Boys and HFC EDO.
