The tests he underwent at the 'Clínica Creu Blanca' earlier yesterday have come back clear, leading Messi to tell 'El Mundo Deportivo' that he "expects to play" in the Champions League semi-finals.

Having undergone a check-up scan to determine how the micro-tear in his right leg is progressing, Messi will now continue with the recovery plan drawn up prior to his appearance against the French outfit.
