Mekhi Phifer is suffering from some financial woes.

According to TMZ, the Harlem native filed for bankruptcy in April, claiming he only had $67,000 in assets. Among those assets include a leather bed, a 12-year-old Segway, one shotgun and two 9mm pistols.

His debts reportedly round out to about $1.3 million, with $1.2 million in back taxes, $50,000 in lawyer's fees, and $4,500 in back child support payments.

Phifer's last big-screen appearance was in the book-turned-film Divergent alongside Zoe Kravitz, Kate Winslet and Ashley Judd.
