Music Producer The Dream Wanted For Alleged Attack On Ex-Girlfriend
Music producer The-Dream is reportedly wanted by police after an alleged attack on his then-pregnant girlfriend Lydia Nam.
According to reports, police are keen to question Dream, whose real name is Terius Nash, following allegations that he 'punched, kicked and strangled' ex Lydia while she was six months pregnant with his son.
If police do find the producer, he will be taken into custody and questioned about Nam's allegations
The incident is alleged to have happened back in April 2013 at the Plaza Hotel in New York - around three months before Lydia gave birth.
However, following the alleged attack, Lydia went until November before filing a police report, with no indication as to if she sought medical attention following the reported assault.
But a source close to the the 36-year-old musician has insisted to TMZ.com that the claims are untrue, adding that Dream believes the Canadian Nam is a 'vengeful woman who's plotting to use this alleged crime as a way to extend her visa in the U.S'.
Dream was previously married to R&B singer Christina Milian.
He is also responsible for having co-written some of the world's most famous songs, including Beyoncé's Single Ladies and Rihanna's Umbrella.
