Treatment abroad: Nigerians blast Legislature
Reactions continue to trail the rejection of the bill by the National Assembly to banned treatment abroad, as the members of the public said the legislators are there to represent their selfish interest.
They, however, frown at way and manner in which the national assembly members are going with the way they are representing the general public.
Some of the members, when interviewed by Galaxy News, describes the moves by the members of the National Assembly as selfish, calling on them to do the needful.
According to them, the health facilities in Nigeria is nothing to ride home about and is only the masses that are suffering the condition of the health sector in Nigeria, calling on the national assembly to revisit the bill for the interest of the poor masses.
Calling on president Mohammadu Buhari to call the members to order, as the rejection of the bill will affect the masses who can not afford to travel abroad for medical treatment. Adding that if the bill is passed into law, the medical facilities in Nigeria will be upgraded and everyone will be accommodated.
