Troops of Operation HADARIN DAJI has rescued 7 kidnapped victims while on routine patrol in Gidan Dan Nunu and Dutsi villages of Zormi local government area of Zamfara State. 

The rescue efforts was in consonance with the military's efforts to decimate Armed banditry across the country.

Coordinator, Defence Media Operations, Major Gen. John Enenche made the disclosure while updating journalists on the military operations in Abuja, Thursday also noted that, the Air Task Force of operation LAFIYA DOLE neutralized several ISWAP terrorists elements and destroyed their logistics items in air strikes conducted at Tumbun Gini general area of Borno state.

Enenche also gave update on the activities of Operations SAFE HAVEN in collaboration with personnel of the department of state services(DSS) which caused arrest of 3 suspected gun runners, Yahaya Aliyu, Maiwada Idris and Ishaq Mohammed at kafachan in Jema'a local government area of Kaduna State.

He also announced immobilization  of illegal refining site with a storage Tanks and 4 ovens containing crude oil estimated at 150, 000 litre at olaipase in Warri South local government arear of Delta State by the Nigerian navy Ship Delta patrol team.

He however encouraged the troops and personnel of other security agencies to remain resolute and sustain the tempo in all the Joint Operations Areas.
