A coalition of Nigeria youths for democracy and good governance (CNYDGG) has called on the federal government and relevant stakeholders to prevail on Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state to retrace his steps on politics of victimization in the state.

The convener of the group, Ibrahim Maiyanga made the call while addressing journalists in Abuja, Wednesday. 

Maiyanga said with an outright display of despotic act against Senator Rochas Okorocha, it is therefore visible that the governor is preparing grounds against 2023 in Imo.

He emphasized the grieve of an average Imo state citizen who undergoes such subjugation on a daily basis due to the draconian style of leadership adopted by the governor saying Uzodinma must be made to behave like a governor before it's too late.

The group, however, called on Nigerian youths to refrain from being used by politicians who can use and dump them in the course of achieving their selfish interests.
