Contractors handling various projects in Imo state southeast Nigeria have been ordered to return back to site Immediately or run the risk of having their contracts terminated.

Governor Hope Uzodinma made the declaration in Owerri while addressing members of the national union of road transport workers NURTW who took to the street of Owerri the state capital in their thousands on a solidarity march for the governor.

The governor haven received the group led by their state chairman Comrade Ikechukwu Okeruonu admonished them to go about their businesses without any fear of molestation.
