Individuals and groups have continued to react to the federal high court's decision not to grant Nnamdi Kanu bail. The judgment which came up on Wednesday the 18th of May seems not to go down well with people of the southeast.

The court had rejected the bail application filed by the counsel of Nnamdi Kanu the leader of IPOB who is currently being held by the DSS for various allegations bothering on his call for the actualization of Biafra.

Ikenga Ugochinyere a renowned leader in the southeast who bared his mind on the development expressed dissatisfaction. Speaking further,  Ikenga faulted President Muhammadu Buhari for not looking carefully into the issues of the IPOB and Biafra agitation the way he did to other agitators like Boko haram and the herdsmen menace.
