Falana faults presidency's justification for Sowore's re-arrest
Reactions are trailing the presidency's statement justifying the treatment of Omoyele Sowore by the State Security Service (SSS).
Speaking on the sidelines of an event to commemorate the Anti-Corruption Day, Counsel to Sowore and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana says his client is only being persecuted because he is the publisher of a media outfit, SaharaReporters.
Presidential spokesperson, Garba Shehu was on Sunday evasive on whether or not President Muhammadu Buhari authorized the disobedience of court orders by the SSS in detaining Mr Sowore.
