Labour crisis: council 1 pulls out of JNC
The council 1 of the Ondo state Joint Negotiating Council (JNC) has announced it`s withdrawal from the JNC as a council.
The grudge is about the last election conducted to elect new leadership of the council. Council 1 is contesting that it should be their turn to take the seat of the council chairmanship.
Speaking with galaxy news, after an emergency meeting of leaders of the council,the secretary of JNC who doubled as the state chairman of Trade Union Congress (TUC), comrade Solagbade Ekundayo said the chairmanship of JNC in Ondo state has always been rotating between council 2 and 3.
It was further stated that until the situation is corrected, members under the council 1 will not participate in functions of joint negotiating committee

Speaking with galaxy news correspondent Lebi Joseph after an emergency meeting of leaders of council one,the secretary of jnc who doubled as the state chairman of trade union congress, TUC, comrade Solagbade Ekundayo said the chairmanship of JNC in Ondo state has always been rotating between council 2 and 3.
It was further stated that until the situation corrected, members under the council one will not participate in functions of joint negotiating committee and will not be bound with an agreement or undertaking made by JNC.
