Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court has ordered that Omoyele Sowore, publisher of Sahara Reporters be remanded in DSS custody till Friday 4^th October pending the formal filing of his bail application a day later.

Sowore and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare who face a seven-count charge bordering on treasonable felony, cyberstalking, and illegal transfer of funds took a not-guilty plea when they were arraigned.

However, the main drama was outside the court where DSS personnel had to whisk Sowore away for insisting on addressing journalists present to cover the court proceedings.
