In a judgement read by Justice  Musa Salawa, the court held that the findings of the tribunal were unequivocal and were in compliance with the findings of the court.

 

Issues 1,2,3,4,5,6 raised by the Appellant were resolved against him just as the Apex court affirmed the position of the tribunal against the appellant.

 

All members of the panel agreed with the judgement saying the appeal lack merit and deserved to be dismissed.
