Nigerian youths urged to shun cultism
Following the increase in cult-related killings in the country, youths have been tasked to redirect their energies into more productive ventures.
The call was made in Awka, the Anambra state capital during a youth security summit organised by the state branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.
Speaking at the occasion, resource persons from the various security outfits in the country, espoused the youths on the dangers of cultism and charged them to learn relevant skills that will engage their minds positively.
Furthermore, the youths were tasked to emulate the lives of great Nigerian heroes like Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe and Obafemi Awolowo with a view of making an impact in their generation.
