The wife of the governor of Ondo state, Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu has vowed to explore all available means to change the lives of women especially the girl child in the state.

This was the focal point of her speech at the last day of this year fowoso celebration held at Gani Fawehinmi freedom park on Igbatoro road in Akure the state capital.

Part of the programme for the grand finale of the celebration was the empowerment of several women from the 18 local government areas of Ondo state.

Betty Akeredolu believes if women are given prerequisite tools to work, they can effectively contribute to socioeconomic of their immediate family and the community at large
