The Delta state Governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Asaba on Friday struck out the petition of the APC candidate Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege challenging the election of governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

The tribunal Presided over by Justice HC Ahuchaogu in Asaba, dismissed Omo-Agege’s case on the grounds of lack of merit.
