Following the return of Emeka Ihedioha to the Supreme Court seeking for a Review of the judgment that ousted him from office, a southeast based legal practitioner has advocated for a special procedure in entertaining the case.

 

The lawyer who said that the integrity of the judiciary is at stake in the matter said the panel of justices to hear the case should exclude all those who delivered the initial judgment
